I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against The Station Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The Station Pilates does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a The Station Pilates staff member. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Privacy Policy and terms and conditions on our website and booking system.

We may occasionally take photos of our classes to capture and share with the community. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and agree to the use of these photos. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your image shared, please inform us in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
