To book your child into our onsite creche facility you will need to add your child to your profile. Momence will create an account for your child under your profile and default to your email.
Once you have done that you can book and pay for your child to be in the creche while you enjoy your class. Please sign the relevant waiver and answer the questions.
We kindly ask that if your child has been unwell within the last 24 hours that they stay home to help minimise the spread.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get both yourself and your little one settled in.
We kindly ask that no food or toys are bought into creche to avoid any lost items/allergy concerns.
Any bottles, comforters, dummy’s or water bottles are to be clearly labeled.
Please ensure your child is fed and toileted prior to or upon drop off.
Please provide any special requirements/information during the booking process or let our creche attendant know upon drop off.
We ask that you do not leave the building while your child is in the creche

What are your attendants qualifications/experience?
Tess is a fully qualified Early Childhood Educator who has experience working in both Childcare and Kindergarten. Tess holds a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care, Current Bluecard, First Aid & CPR Certifications.
What ages do you cater for?
We welcome children aged between 3 months - 6 years.
How many children do you cater for?
Our space is equipped for a maximum of 5 children.
Can I book more than 1 child?
Yes of course, please ensure you make a seperate booking for each individual child and please note costs are per child.
Can I book a double class/creche session?
We can watch over your little one for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are taking a double class please note you will have to make 2 seperate creche bookings.
Location & Accessibility:
The Station Pilates Creche entrance is located on Hinkler Parade (at the rear of the studio). Please note, there is a small flight of stairs or an alternative ramp entrance is located inside. If you require ramp access please let our team know prior to drop off.
How long do I have to arrive prior to my class?
We recommend getting here 10-15 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to settle your little one in and yourself before your class begins.
Can I bring my pram/baby carrier basket?
Unfortunately we don’t offer pram storage at this time. We are happy for you to bring a compact baby carrier basket but please provide this information during the booking process or let our creche attendant know upon drop off as space is limited.
What facilities do you offer?
We have a designated little indoor space located onsite where your little one will be provided with a safe, fun environment whilst you can focus on yourself! Our space is equipped with a TV, colouring, books & toys.
Toilets and change table facilities are also provided however, we kindly ask you take your mini to the toilet prior to you beginning your class.
My child has special needs/requirements - is this space right for them?
If your child has special needs/requirements and you are unsure if our creche is right for you please reach out to our friendly team for guidance and more information.
Due to the popularity of these creche sessions, we can't squeeze in extra bookings or create waitlists once the time slot hits its limit. Snag your spot early for the ultimate experience!
Booking:
Sessions are up for grabs exactly 7 days in advance. Mark your calendar, set an alert, do what you gotta do – just be ready to hit that book button when the next week's sessions drop!
