  • First Form

    Your Free Intro to Reformer Pilates

    A beginner’s guide to the reformer, setting the foundation for your Pilates journey.This is a FREE beginners class for anyone new to Reformer Pilates. This class can only be booked once using discount code at the checkout FIRSTFORM.

    This class will teach you how to properly use the machine, along with the principles of movement and breath.

    Introducing fundamental movements, this class ensures you have a foundation before moving on to our Basic Form Class.

  • Basic Form

    This introductory class is designed specifically for beginners and anyone new to Pilates Reformer. You'll explore the fundamentals of breathwork, alignment, mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance in a relaxed, supportive environment. This is your essential first step before advancing to our Good Form classes.

    Prerequisite: Suitable for individuals who are generally in good health.

  • Good Form

    Take your Pilates practice to the next level with this full-body workout designed to engage every muscle—from head to toe. Build on the foundational skills learned in Basic Form, incorporating progressive movements and props to challenge your strength, flexibility, and stability. Prepare to discover muscles you didn't know you had!

    Prerequisite: Completion of our introductory Basic Form class. Participants should be in good general health and injury-free. Prenatal clients must have completed the Basic Form class and have medical clearance before attending.

  • Spicy Form

    Turn up the heat with our intermediate-level Pilates class designed to challenge and energize your entire body. Our signature approach combines traditional Pilates techniques with flowing transitions, keeping you moving seamlessly from start to finish. Utilizing the resistance of the reformer springs, you'll lengthen, strengthen, stabilize, and sculpt your muscles. Progressions are provided to ensure every body feels challenged and invigorated—prepare to sweat!

    Prerequisite: Completion of at least 5 Good Form classes. Participants must be in good general health and injury-free. This class is not recommended for prenatal clients.

  • Stretch & Chill

    In need of some recovery, restoration, and gentle movement? Stretch & Chill is your perfect escape—a calming 45-minute class that combines gentle stretching, flowing movements, and restorative relaxation using the reformer.

    With the supportive assistance of straps and the carriage, you'll lengthen, soften, and melt tension away. Regular practice will leave you with improved mobility, reduced stress, and a deep sense of relaxation. Each class concludes with mindful breathing and deep relaxation to fully restore your body and mind.

    Prerequisite: Suitable for all participants in general good health.

  • Spring Form

    Get ready to bounce into action with Spring Form—our energetic, open-level reformer class featuring the jump board as its star prop. The jump board boosts your cardio, coordination, and overall intensity, making for an exhilarating, low-impact, full-body workout. Expect a special focus on sculpting and strengthening your legs and glutes.

    Prerequisite: Completion of at least 10 Good Form or Spicy Form classes. Participants should be in good general health and injury-free. Not suitable for clients in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

  • Golden Form

    Golden Form is our low-impact reformer class specially designed for our vibrant 55+ community. Set at a slower, more supportive pace, this class focuses on gentle, mindful movement to help you feel strong, stable, and confident in your body.

    Using the reformer for joint-friendly exercises, you’ll work on improving strength, mobility, coordination, and balance—all with the goal of supporting your daily life and keeping you moving with ease.

    Prerequisite: Suitable for those in general good health. Completion of our introductory Basic Form class

  • Mummy & Mini Me

    A super cute, feel-good workout where you bring your mini me along for the ride! This Basic-to-Good Form level class is thoughtfully designed for post-natal bodies—supporting your return to movement with gentle strength, mobility, and core-focused exercises, all while keeping your baby close by.

    What you need to know:

    This class is suitable once you've had your 6-week post-natal check-up and received medical clearance to exercise.

    Grip socks are required (bring your own or grab a pair in-studio).

    Babies who are crawling or more mobile must remain securely in a pram or carrier during class for everyone’s safety.

    Please arrive a few minutes early to set up and settle in with your bub.

    As always, classes start and finish on time, and our studio doors are locked once class begins—no late entry, thank you for understanding!

Mat Classes

  • Pilates Flow

    Thought Pilates was a gentle workout? Think again! Our Pilates Flow classes bring the principles of Classical Pilates into the modern fitness world. Sculpt, tone and strengthen with floor-based sequences targeting the whole body.

    This class is a full body workout. Leave feeling lengthened, lifted and achieving well-being. An open-level class aimed to target and superset muscle groups within the booty, core, arms and legs while moving you through mind, body and soul.

    *Open-level class, beginner and pre- and postnatal friendly.

  • Pilates Sculpt

    Think Pilates Matwork- But take it up a notch with more props.

    A mat class combining sculpt, strength and conditioning moves. This class will build core strength and stamina, improve endurance and condition the entire body with the help of our Bala props such as weighted beam and power ring, balls, bands and weights. It’s fun, it's challenging.

    Expect to feel the burn!

    Bring: Water bottle and sweat towel

    Temperature: We have a sprinkle of Sculpt warm classes, all the rest are non-heated.

  • Barre Fusion

    Our Barre classes are a fusion of barre, Pilates and yoga - your favourite yoga/Pilates class meets a ballet barre workout for the ultimate fitness experience.

    Our fusion class, provides the ultimate workout but easy to follow class is a total body workout combining yoga, Pilates and ballet-inspired moves to target smaller muscle groups and lengthen your body.

    Increasing your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.

    Expect some fun!

  • Mummy & Mini Me Mat

    Mummy & Mini me is a mat class designed to strengthen your body postpartum so you can feel your confident best. This class combines the deep muscle engagement of Pilates with soul and stretch, with a focus on how to reconnect and reactivate deep core muscles and the pelvic floor postpartum. BYO baby, or without.

    *Open-level class for prenatal and postpartum clients.

    *Babies 12 months and under. Clients must be cleared by a health professional to attend a group class. It is recommended to bring your baby in a carrier or mat. Strollers cannot be taken into the studio.

  • SP Flow

    The SP Flow is a 50-minute Vinyasa Flow, finishing with 10 minutes of inversion and savasana practice.

    Your class begins with grounding techniques to centre your mind and connect with the present moment. From there, you'll embark on an uplifting voyage of asanas, seamlessly transitioning between poses that enhance flexibility, improve strength, and ignite your inner fire. Our experienced and passionate instructors will lead you through creative sequences that challenge and inspire, all while maintaining a strong focus on proper alignment and mindful breathing. Feel the rhythm of your breath as it syncs with your movements, creating a symphony of harmony within your body and mind.

    The SP Warm Flow is a 50-minute Vinyasa Flow in a heated room for a 40 approximately minutes, finishing with 10 minutes of inversion and savasana practice

    Looking for Balance?

    Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a yin yoga practice as you slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity.

    Postures are held for up to 3-6 minutes, creating space to stretch, soften and relax the muscles to delve deeper into the ligaments, tendons, bones and joints.

    In this practice, postures are fully supported with bolsters, blankets and blocks.

    Yin is a great practice to emotionally, physically and spiritually heal the body and soothe the mind.

    Open-level class, beginner and pre and postnatal friendly.
