PLEASE READ THROUGH THE FOLLOWING SO THAT EVERYBODY GETS TO MOVE & HAVE FUN!

BOOKING A CLASS

Download the Momence App from iPhone or Android

You can use the app to purchase classes, sign up for a membership or our intro offer, book, cancel and reschedule classes through the app. 

Please make sure the first class you book is the first one you want to attend as this activates your class pack and/or membership.

FIRST TIMER?

Come 10 minutes before class to get familiar with the studio, meet your teacher and have a rundown of the reformer you will use. You must attend a Basic Form Class first.  

Bring Grip Socks to wear, (this is a must) we sell cute ones in the studio.

Phones must be on silent.

Our teachers will support you throughout the class and give you options to move at your own pace.

We have an "intro offer" of 6 classes for $60" - the perfect intro.

ARRIVE EARLY + PLS DON'T BE LATE

Arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class.

The door will be locked when the class starts, late comers will be unable to join as it will disrupt the experience for our community.  if you are late you will forfeit the session + considered a No Show

Empty reformers at the start of class will be given to our waitlisted friends/or keen walk-ins.

Always check in with your teacher at reception before class, so they can mark you as attending. 

CLASS CANCELLATIONS 

We have a 2-hour cancellation policy in place. You can cancel the same way you book through the app.

  • We can't accept cancellations via email, phone or social media.  

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before class will get the session back.

  • Late cancellations made less than 2 hours before class will forfeit the session.

  • No-shows and absences will forfeit the session.

  • Being late is considered a no-show.

WAITLIST

If a class you want is full, sign up for the waitlist. If/when a place becomes available you will get an email or test to let you know you got into class. If you don't reply we assume you are coming!  The 2-hour cancellation policy applies to waitlisted spots too, so if you can no longer make it to class, cancel your waitlist. 

PREGNANCY

If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel good, cleared by your doctor and well enough to exercise, you can join our Basic, Good Form, Pre & Post Natal Classes.  We have wedges to support you during class if you need them and can offer options.

AGE

We welcome children from the age of 15 with a parent or guardian present.   Currently, we cannot guarantee any children under the age of 18 can attend a class with a teacher who holds a Blue Card.

STUDENTS + HEALTH CARE CARD HOLDERS

Full-time students and Health Care Card holders are eligible for a 10% discount on all Class Pack and Club Memberships. Email: hello@thestationpilates.com with proof to get set up. 

YOUR BODY

Please tell the teacher before class if you have any issues we need to know about you/or your body. We will take note of them in our system and give you appropriate options during class. Always let us know how you are feeling when you arrive. 

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS 

Members can freeze their membership up to 4 weeks a year pro-rata. You must email us at least a week before at hello@thestationpilates.com

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Memberships can be cancelled anytime from the following cycle with 30 days’ notice. Email hello@thestationpilates.com 

RETURN + REFUND POLICY

If you change your mind, unused sessions, studio closure, or any circumstances by or external to the business will not be granted in line with Consumer Affairs policy. 

Sessions can not be transferred to another person. However, we will consider family members. All members must have their own account for safety and insurance purposes and purchase their own sessions.
